Her career is marked by notable achievements, including the publication of a book on pre-Columbian collections in European museums, titled Le code précolombien, messager des dieux, to be published in early 2025 by Éditions de Paris, which reflects her passion for the preservation and enhancement of Amerindian cultural heritage. Micaela is
the author of several articles on museography and cultural mediation issues, museum challenges, and new technologies; she has also been an influential voice at international conferences, presenting her work for ICOM and ICOFOM, as well as at prestigious universities. As a research associate at the Pre-Hispanic America Research Center at Sorbonne University, Micaela is committed to advancing the knowledge and understanding of pre-Columbian cultures, both among specialists and the general public. She is also the founder of a think tank dedicated to art, archaeology, and the world of museums called Contextualités – Réflexions & Regards Hybrides, where she fosters the exchange of ideas on contemporary sector issues, including the art market and curating.
